I want to share a post from my page "MECHANICAL ENGINEERING - Google+.
While learning Ansys for CFD analysis, I recently got a file from Internet. I forgot from where I have downloaded that. But in that tutorial the following things are well explained --
1. How to do incremental meshing in "Ansys Workbench"
2. How to do "Mesh adaptation" in FLUENT
3. An overview of how to capture large 'velocity gradients' at solid boundaries (Boundary layer phenomenon).
