Are You preparing for GRE?

Hi,

Are you preparing for GRE?

Here is the way you can use Khan Academy Resources to prepare for GRE.

Source:    Actually shared by Meli Lewis http://meli-lewis.github.io/

Source for GRE content: PDF of Math Review

One way to use these is to visit each topic and, if you suspect you may already know it, do the practice problems first. If anything is difficult, KA provides links on the problem pages themselves to the related videos. Some topics are specific enough that I just linked you to the one video associated with it.
This could be improved, so please contact me with any suggestions! Any overhaul will have to wait until I've taken the exam myself at the end of September.

ANSYS FEM tutorial for structural analysis

Hi friends,

To learn ANSYS online here is a link from Alberta University. click here.
Many aspects of ANSYS are explained in the order of difficulty. It is useful for those who want to learn Ansys for structural applications. But one drawback is  --  these tutorials are done with Ansys 7.0 (an older version). Of course, that is not a matter...!!!

I think this may be useful to you or your friend.

NORTH SOUTH FOUNDATION

Friends,
Today I want to share information about North South Foundation (NSF).
It is a volunteer driven non-profit organization established in Illinois in 1989.

Mission:
  • Develop human resources by giving scholarships to brilliant but needy students in India entering colleges, regardless of religion, gender, caste or creed.
  • Promote excellence in human endeavour by organizing Educational Contests for the kids in USA.
  • Help people achieve success regardless of religion, gender, caste, geographic origin by giving hope to those who may have none.
The NSF Scholarshipprogram in India is designed to encourage excellence among the poor children who excel academically but need help to attend college. Each scholarship is $250 per student per year. Are you in need of such scholarship to continue your higher studies? Apply for this scholarship.
Educational Contests organized by NSF in the US are designed to encourage academic excellence among Indian American children. The NSF spelling, vocabulary, math, essay writing, public speaking and geography bees are conducted annually in two steps. Children initially participate in Regional Contests. There are more than 65 centers in the US and Canada organizing the Regional Contests every year.
Winners of these contests are invited for the National Finals. National top rankers are awarded scholarships ranging from $1,000 to $250, redeemable in the winners’ freshman year of college. Many of the NSF children have also achieved top ranks in the Scripps National Spelling Bee, MATHCOUNTS and National Geographic Bee.
